| CECEP Solar Energy Technology (Zhenjiang) Co., Ltd. is a state-owned equipment manufacturer in the new energy industry. The Company is a joint venture with registered capital of RMB 130 million, of which 85% is injected by the CECEP Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and 15% is held by Jiangsu Dagang Co., Ltd. 82.37 acres of land has been planned for the CECEP Solar Energy Industry Production Base and a total investment of RMB 5 billion is scheduled in 5 years so as to achieve production capacity of 1400 MW of crystalline silicon solar cells and modules and to establish the related research and development centers. The project phase one has commenced in 2010 with 100 MW in construction scale and total investment of RMB 440 million. |
